on the journey to energy mastery (and yes energy mastery is possible for you). It's possible for anyone.
The Energy Remedy is an 8 session coaching experience which will help you to stop doing the things that drain your energy and do more of the things which support quality, more consistent energy levels.
Maybe you've already made some changes to your lifestyle. You're eating better, taking more recharge breaks throughout the day, drinking more water, getting a little more exercise.
Perhaps you don't wake up tired or get a strong desire to fall asleep on the sofa every evening (or 3pm every afternoon); yet you recognise you're not living up to your potential.
There's so much more you wish you could say yes to and so much more you’d like to have the "get up and go" to be able to do. You wish you could just get a little more juice out of your battery. To be a little more productive. To start that business. Make progress on your passion project. Write that book. Get back to that hobby you used to love. To have more fun. Or just keep up with the kids.

Program Details:
Time commitment
1 x 30 min introductory session
8 x 1-1 sessions, of 90-minutes maximum (length of session depends on need)
Sessions can be spread over 3 months (You choose the pace, weekly or fortnightly)
*Plan additional time after each session to do some grounding and integration - we go deep and feeling emotional or tired afterwards is a normal part of releasing.

All sessions are delivered through zoom so it doesn’t matter where you are in the world. All experiences are tailored to your unique needs so that specific activities will vary, but you will require space and time in between sessions to take some actions. The magic of my programme comes from you and the choices you make in your day to day life.

How The Energy Remedy Works
In the eight, 90-minute sessions, we'll pinpoint exactly what's impacting your energy. Then we’ll create an action plan that works and makes sense in your life, so you can start to unlock the extra energy you need, when you need it. Eight sessions is enough time for you to track your energy and start to see patterns, create hypotheses and test ideas, so we can really get down to the root causes of your energy levels.
In our sessions, we'll talk about the foundations of natural energy, and I'll use a combination of EFT (Tapping) and coaching tools to help you implement them into your life.
THE FOUNDATIONS TO NATURAL ENERGY:
Rebel - Uncover exactly what your personal energy hijackers are, those beliefs, thoughts, choices and habits that block and waste your energy. Then learn to rebel. To rebel against your ‘norms’ that don’t serve you, and do things in a whole new way.
Make It Easy - When it’s too hard it won’t work, simple! Focus on the next best step from where YOU are now, follow YOUR path of least resistance. Big change comes from those tiny choices you make every day added up over time.
Reconnect - Turn down the noise. The noise of the mind and the noise of those external voices and opinions, “the experts”. Learn to listen to yourself again. To trust your intuition. The best expert on you is you, your body holds innate wisdom, when you reconnect and create enough quiet to listen, you’ll realise you already know the answers as to why you’re tired and what you need to climb out of it.
Get Curious - Find what works for you as a unique individual. I don’t believe in prescriptive restrictive regimes when it comes to lifestyle change; what works for one person won’t work for another. The key is to get curious and find what works for you.
Unapologetic Self-Care - Make the way you feel the most important priority in the world. When you make decisions in ALL areas of life from a place of understanding and accepting your needs you’ll notice your energy will begin to change. I've been where you are now….
I spent years trying to figure out how to stop feeling so tired so much of the time. I'd have days where I felt ok, started to enjoy life, got a ton of stuff done. Then boom! I'd feel that oh so familiar feeling again. It was like hitting a wall—one step forward, three steps back.
Then I realised lifestyle played the most significant part, so I changed it ( I know, I make it sound easy, it isn't), but it is simple. I started to eat better, get more rest and drink more water, the obvious stuff, and it all helped. But there was still something missing.
I knew I was still supposed to have more vitality at my age (37 at the time) so I started to get even more curious, I went on a mission to find what worked for me. That mission took me down lots of paths, some which worked, and some which didn't, but to cut a long story short, in the end, I learnt how to master my energy.
It's what led me to becoming a tiredness and energy specialist. I'm a totally energy obsessed person. I read, write and speak about it every day because it's our most valuable resource. What's the good in having time and money if you don't have the energy to enjoy it? Everyone's energy remedy is different, what works for me may not work for you, but what I've discovered is there are steps to finding out what yours is.

Thoughts and emotions are the number one culprit for energy zapping and the key to lifestyle change. EFT works to clear unwanted thoughts, beliefs and emotions. I offer a full refund up to 14 days after payment, if a session has taken place within this time the price of a single session will be deducted from the refund.
What can I expect from the exploration session?
A 30 min - 45 min session designed for us both to dig a little bit deeper. For you to ask questions you have about coaching/EFT and for me to find out more about where you are now and where you want to go. It will allow us both to find out how we feel about working together. There is no charge for this session. You'll be asked to complete a questionnaire prior to the session.
How will the sessions take place?
All sessions are held by Zoom video conferencing, you will need a stable internet connection and a device to access zoom to take part.
