Exhaustion can sometimes be purely physical — too much caffeine, a bad mattress, a dog that wakes you up at 3am to pee…

Time commitment
1 x 30 min introductory session
6 x 1-1 sessions, of 90-minutes maximum (length of session depends on need)
Sessions can be spread over 3 months (You choose the pace, weekly or fortnightly)
*Plan additional time after each session to do some grounding and integration - we go deep and feeling emotional or tired afterwards is a normal part of releasing.

All sessions are delivered through zoom so it doesn’t matter where you are in the world. All experiences are tailored to your unique needs, so specific activities will vary, but you will require space and time in between sessions to take some actions. What is EFT?
Sometimes referred to as ‘Psychological Acupressure’, tapping is a mind and body therapy. It targets the root causes of health and well-being challenges by interrupting the body’s stress response quickly, effectively and clearing blockages within the energy system. The treatment involves simple tapping, using finger tips, on acupressure points on the body whilst focusing on those issues you’d like to change, heal or release.
This technique combines the 5000-year-old ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine with the relatively new science of cognitive therapy. It facilitates the innate natural healing abilities of body and mind, by supporting people into the rest, relax and heal state and away from stress, fight or flight mode.
For me and so many of my clients, EFT has been a key way to tap into what’s holding us back from experiencing our abundant natural energy. And the results are almost always surprising.
One client eliminated caffeine & alcohol, and moved her dog out of her bedroom only to discover that it was her habit of saying ‘yes’ to everyone that was really creating the stress that kept her up at night. Through EFT (and a lot of commitment), she found the root of that pattern and resolved to change it, creating more space in her schedule, more peace in her mind, and much better sleep.
Feeling anxious was a familiar state for another client, and had been for decades. When she came to me she already knew this was impacting her energy, and ultimately her health and happiness. She’d tried meditation, yoga, eating a healthier diet and counselling, yet, still couldn’t shake off the constant angst. EFT gave her a tool she could use daily to reduce anxiety in the instant, whilst our work together helped guide her in using tapping to uncover and release some of the root causes of anxiety. With dedication to regular practice she started to feel freer and lighter.
And don’t underestimate the energy draining effects of fears or phobias! Faced with a public speaking event one of my clients was burnt out by the stress she felt leading up to it (public speaking was one of her biggest fears). Using EFT, she tapped into experiences from her past which had contributed to the fear she felt about speaking out. She delivered the speech freely, calmly and, the most significant transformation, she actually enjoyed it.

Why is EFT so effective at removing energy-drains?
Your natural energy becomes hijacked,blocked and wasted by your thoughts, emotions, the way you fuel your body and by the way you live your life. To change your energy, you have to be prepared to make big changes, inside and out. EFT is a highly effective way to know what needs to change, and do the emotional release work to help you make those changes.
You see, energy isn’t something you GET, it’s something you CULTIVATE.
This is why there are so few energy specialists out there. Because to really understand energy, you can’t just treat it from one angle. It’s not simply a matter of blood tests, hormone checks, vitamins, sleeping pills and stimulants. It’s not just a matter of mattresses, vitamins, occasional naps, sunshine and exercise. You have to come at the energy problem from a holistic perspective. You have to understand how mind, body, environment and inner and outer stressors work together to create imbalances that sap energy away.
Nature intended for us to live life with abundant energy, it’s already there. When your mind, body and spirit are balanced, you’ll find it. You simply need to learn to stop doing the things you do that create imbalance and stop energy from flowing.

In the six, 90-minute, Tap Into Energy Flow sessions, we’ll uncover your energy hijackers and focus on them individually, clearing key issues by finding their root causes and releasing the emotions around them.
We’ll also talk about the foundations of natural energy (if you’re here from Shake Off the Tired Vibes, you’ll already know which ones you need to work on!).
THE FOUNDATIONS TO NATURAL ENERGY:
Rebel - Uncover exactly what your personal energy hijackers are, those beliefs, thoughts, choices and habits that block and waste your energy. Then learn to rebel. To rebel against your ‘norms’ that don’t serve you, and do things in a whole new way.
Make It Easy - When it’s too hard it won’t work, simple! Focus on the next best step from where YOU are now, follow YOUR path of least resistance. Big change comes from those tiny choices you make every day added up over time.
Reconnect - Turn down the noise. The noise of the mind and the noise of those external voices and opinions, “the experts”. Learn to listen to yourself again. To trust your intuition. The best expert on you is you, your body holds innate wisdom, when you reconnect and create enough quiet to listen, you’ll realise you already know the answers as to why you’re tired and what you need to climb out of it.
Get Curious - Find what works for you as a unique individual. I don’t believe in prescriptive restrictive regimes when it comes to lifestyle change; what works for one person won’t work for another. The key is to get curious and find what works for you.
Unapologetic Self-Care - Make the way you feel the most important priority in the world. When you make decisions in ALL areas of life from a place of understanding and accepting your needs you’ll notice your energy will begin to change. You’ll experience life differently, you’ll have all you need to show up and give your unique magic to the world again. (Note: This is much harder than it sounds. Especially for habitual over-givers!)

I’ve been where you are now….
I spent years trying to figure out how to stop feeling so tired so much of the time. I’d have days where I felt ok, started to enjoy life, get a ton of stuff done. Then boom! I’d feel that oh so familiar feeling again. It was like hitting a wall. One step forward, 3 steps back. I felt stuck, stagnating like my life was going on all around me, pulling me along, whilst I was always a few steps behind trying desperately to keep up, but I never felt like I was truly living life to the full.
For a time I resigned myself to this just being the way I was, decided I needed to adapt my life to allow for my energy fluctuations and tiredness.
Until….
I started to listen to that voice inside that kept saying “this isn’t it for you” “this is not the way life’s supposed to be”
I opened my mind to the possibility of a solution.
I chose to rebel against my norm of sick and tired and get curious to find some answers. I started with the basics: nutrition and exercise. It made a difference, but was still far from the complete energy remedy I needed. My biggest energy shift came from the realisation that the thought patterns I constantly found myself in, the perceptions I’d formed of the world and the people in it, the practiced habit of lack, pessimism and overthinking led to a default setting of pissed off, annoyed and frustrated and an emotional set point of worry, frustration, anxiety or fear.
These were my biggest energy zappers!
Long story short. EFT (tapping) played a big part in breaking these habits and over time helped me to shift my mindset, turn down the noise of the mind and master my energy. My aim now is to help you find your answers, and to be your guide in finding your path to unlocking the energy nature intended you to live with.

What can I expect from the exploration session?
A 30 min - 45 min session designed for us both to dig a little bit deeper. For you to ask questions you have about EFT, for me to find out more about where you are now and where you want to go. It will allow us both to find out how we feel working together. There is no charge for this session. You’ll be asked to complete a energy/health history questionnaire prior to the session.
What if I feel like I don’t have the energy to commit to this?
This work does require time and energy, and I realize both are very limited for my clients. But, this work is an investment that will pay dividends in more energy, calm, and peace-of-mind for the rest of your life. Only you can make the call on when to begin that work (but for me, I wish I’d found this so much sooner than I did!). I’ve never done EFT before, how do I know if it’s for me?
That’s what the free exploration session is for to allow you to experience EFT with me. Book in and find out! I will say that while some people find immediate results with EFT, others take a while to warm up to it. One client told me recently: “The first time I tried EFT, it did nothing for me. Because I wasn’t stressed when I tried it. I didn’t need it (right then). But I decided to try it again when I was feeling very triggered by a personal matter, and it calmed me down. Then I decided it was really worth trying, and now I use it all the time.”

I offer a full refund up to 14 days after payment, if a session has taken place within this time the price of a single session will be deducted from the refund.
How will the sessions take place?
All sessions are held by Zoom video conferencing, you will need a stable internet connection and a device to access zoom to take part.
