What’s needed from you?

90 mins x  eight 1-1 sessions

30 min 1-1 session for programme introduction session

Energy/health history questionnaire, energy tracking and pre-session preparation questionnaires

All sessions are delivered through zoom so it doesn’t matter where you are in the world. All experiences are tailored to your unique needs, so specific activities will vary, but you will require space and time in between sessions to take action. The magic of my programme comes from you and the choices you make in your day to day life.

I get it though, feeling tired and lacking energy is tough when you just don’t get what’s going on (and really, you’re too tired to try to figure it out anymore)

You’ve been to the doctor who was no help, several blood tests later and still no answers 

You spend your life googling questions like ‘how to feel less tired?” “how to get more done?” “why do I feel tired?”

“What are the best energy foods, energy drinks, natural supplements………?”

You depend on coffee, energy drinks and/or sugar to get through the day (even though you know it’s not really doing your health any good) 

You’ve likely been following the advice of others, maybe becoming totally confused by the myths and complexities out there on the topic of health and happiness.

We all have a heap of natural energy within ( I know, it’s hard to believe the way you feel right now) but it becomes hijacked, it gets blocked and wasted by your thoughts, emotions, the way you fuel your body, and by the way you live your life. 

You see, energy isn’t something you GET it’s something you CULTIVATE. 

Nature intended for us to live life with an abundance of energy, it’s already there. When your mind, body and spirit is balanced you’ll find it, you simply need to learn to stop doing the things you do that create imbalance and stop it flowing.

Rebel - Uncover exactly what your personal energy hijackers are, those beliefs, thoughts, choices and habits that block and waste your energy. Then learn to rebel. To rebel against your ‘norms’ that don’t serve you, and do things in a whole new way.


Make It Easy - When it’s too hard it won’t work, simple!  Focus on the next best step from where YOU are now, follow YOUR path of least resistance. Big change comes from those tiny choices you make every day added up over time.


Reconnect - Turn down the noise. The noise of the mind and the noise of those external voices and opinions, “the experts”. Learn to listen to yourself again. To trust your intuition. Connect with your natural cycles. The best expert on you is you, your body holds innate wisdom, when you reconnect and create enough quiet to listen, you’ll realise you already know the answers to why you’re tired, and what you need to climb out of it.


Get Curious -  Find what works for you as a unique individual. I don’t believe in prescriptive / restrictive regimes when it comes to lifestyle change; what works for one person won’t work for another. The key is to get curious and find what works for you.


Unapologetic Self-Care -  Make the way you feel the most important priority in the world. When you make decisions in ALL areas of life from a place of loving kindness to your needs, you’ll notice bit by bit your energy will begin to change. You’ll experience life differently, you’ll have all you need to show up and give your unique magic to the world again.


Energy is the most valuable resource you have. With it you can literally achieve anything you set your mind too. 

Allowing low energy levels to dictate how you live your life may have become the norm for you but it’s certainly not the way nature intended you to live!

Is an 8 session 1-1 programme..

I’ll be your guide, helping you to gain clarity on what’s impacting your energy and to know, with certainty, exactly what you need to do to change it.

I use a combination of Integrative Health Coaching and Eft (Emotional Freedom Technique) via 90-minute zoom/video calls.

I’ve been where you are now….

I spent years trying to figure out how to stop feeling so tired so much of the time. I’d have days where I felt ok, started to enjoy life, get a ton of stuff done,. Then boom! I’d feel that oh so familiar feeling again. It was like hitting a wall. One step forward, 3 steps back. I felt stuck, stagnating like my life was going on all around me, pulling me along, whilst I was always a few steps behind trying desperately to keep up, but I never felt like I was truly living life to the full. 

For a time I resigned myself to this just being the way I was, decided I needed to adapt my life to allow for my energy fluctuations and tiredness. 

Until….

I started to listen to that voice inside that kept saying “this isn’t it for you”  “ this is not the way life’s supposed to be” 

I opened my mind to the possibility of a solution.

Day by day I started to make different choices, I chose to rebel against my norm of sick and tired and get curious to find some answers. 

Long story short. It took a few years, but I learnt to master my energy, to take back control and stop allowing low energy to dictate how I lived my life. My aim now is to help you find your answers, be your guide in finding your path to unlocking the energy nature intended you to live with.

Did you know there’s more than one type of tired?

Yep! All tiredness isn’t the same. In fact there’s 5 types of tired:

Need rest | Need recharge | Need nutriments | Need inspiration | Need an energy shake up!

Now you know this, I’m guessing you’ll know instinctively the remedy for one type of tired will be different from another. One of the first steps to any kind of change is to know where you are now. When you know your starting point, you’re better equipped to find the best route to where you want to go. With a guide who knows the way, you’ll be shown the best & fastest route.

What is coaching?

Coaching is life-changing. It’s about transformation, helping you to uncover your blocks and giving you the tools you need to take action towards your ultimate life goals. A coach is your personal guide, there to hold you accountable, challenge you and help you celebrate your wins. The magic of transformation is created by you, your coach is there to simply reconnect you with your magic.

How will the sessions take place?

All sessions are held by Zoom video conferencing, you will need a stable internet connection and a device to access zoom to take part.

I’ve never worked with a coach before, how do I know if coaching is for me?

That’s what the free exploration session is for to allow you to experience coaching with me, book in and find out. 

What’s you your refund policy 

I offer a full refund up to 14 days after payment, if a session has taken place within this time the price of a single session will be deducted from the refund. 

What can I expect from the exploration session?

A 30 min - 45 min session designed for us both to dig a little bit deeper. For you to ask questions you have about coaching/EFT, for me to find out more about where you are now and where you want to go. It will allow us both to find out how we feel working together. There is no charge for this session. You’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire prior to the session.

What is EFT and how does it work with coaching to improve energy?

Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) is a mind/body medicine. It works to free blockages and disturbances in your energy meridians. Thoughts and emotions are the number one culprit for energy zapping and the key to lifestyle change. EFT works to clear unwanted thoughts, beliefs and emotions. The best way to understand how it works is to experience it, so book in for your free exploration session today
