Have you ever been to the doctor and asked what’s wrong with me? only to be sent for more blood tests, be told they don’t know the answer or given a diagnosis and a prescription for a pill which you know deep down is just treating the symptom and not solving the root problem.
Have you ever been led to believe a certain product is good for you by the clever food industry advertising only to realise a few months down the road not only is it not good for you, it’s actually pretty toxic or maybe you’ve not realised yet and you’re stuck trying to work out why you’re not getting the results you want, believing it can’t be the “health foods” you buy
Maybe you’ve been super excited about a new diet in the past which everyone was raving about, telling you how amazing it is and it’s your solution to transforming your energy, so you give it a go only to get 3 days in and feel terrible, go back to your old eating habits and then tell yourself you just can’t stick at things.
Is it time to rebel and find a different way?
Not only do we have the external challenges to rebel against, we also have challenges much closer to home. The voice of the mind is the number culprit for impacting our energy and the number one block to change. The unhealthy habits, the limiting beliefs, the values which don’t support self care, the voice of the mind will keep us stuck unless we learn to rebel against it
